Phantom

phantoms shouldnt be able to buff parties.

wouldnt that make us a bit less OP? and kinda more reasonable.

At a cost of HSing a entire party, you lose 25% damage you could be having from combo. So your choice. 25% damage or HS.
I do believe that people use the term OP incorrectly when they really mean if a class can KS them better then another class.

OT: I don't think we could call this class a legendary thief class unless they had steal.
They could change the skill to steal peoples items though. That would be OP.
LOL pretty sure thats just hacking

Next time a Phantom is in your party, ask them not to HS you then. That'll teach them.
Why does the term op even exist in maplestory, I mean its not like this game is centered around pvp. People need to stop crying about what class is op and what class is not. Just enjoy the dam game; stop comparing yourselves to others.
You're right, it's been centered around ksing.

Phantoms have bad damage when unfunded( even average funding, assuming your average funding is the same as mine ). It would make it a bit more fair I think... But you know they don't have many regular buffs ( I think maybe like 3 or something?) Whereas most classes have 3+ At least supporting ones. ( Thiefs are supposed to be supportive so making the buffs not effect party members would be a good idea to keep intouch with the thief part, but either way idc.)

They're really weak without funds and I don't think they should be nerfed later on >.<

the answer to your question is no. To be honest, I dont think phantoms are "op" at all. The ability to be a support class is half of the appeal of Phantom, and removing the ability to give buffs to partys would make the skill steal all but useless (especially after they add a cool down to it)
