This Girl
This girl who I think is interested in me but she ain't talking. At first i was the one who sat behind her cause that was the only available seat. She started waving her hair around me. Then now I come in early and she walks in, theres like 10 available spots and she sits next to me. Okay, probably she sat next to me because this was her previous spot so next day I go to another seating section and there she goes again. We've basically sat next to each other for the whole week, I don't know about this coming week, but how you gonna sit next to me but not even speak to me.

If you value the prospect of a potential relationship, talk to her. Try to make conversation.
If you don't, just ignore her.
It's that simple.
Oh my god, so many guys on this site read into things way too much. Unless you are actively talking to her and she tells you that she's genuinely interested in you or vice versa, nothing will happen. Speak up or leave her alone.

Plain and simple, just talk to her.
Usually the girls wants the boy to make the first move. If she keeps sitting next to you while you move to a different spot, just talk to her through passing notes(playing games, and talking to each other) if you're engineering class because that class is so...busy.
Even if you're wrong, its not like you're going to die, you're college.

umm. we were taking notes i guess she didnt had paper so i gave her some. and she asked a couple questions like 10 mins later. that was the first day though, but the following days we was quiet
