I owe this dude money and he said he needs it by next tuesday. Today is sunday, do i have to him this coming or the next tuesday. Im confused

If he said next Tuesday I would assume the next Tuesday that comes up. So you basically have two days.
Give em 20$ and call it even because your friends .
Why bother stressing you have at minimum 2 days to bail on him
When did he say that to you? Today? If it's today then it's next Tuesday, not this coming Tuesday, but if you owe him money it's probably best to have it as soon as possible.
Probably the next Tuesday, but why not just ask him..?
I would say this coming as in the tuesday of this week just to be safe.
