I'm not sure how to explain it, but I can give you an example:

Someone wants 4b in meso (not items, so no, not a 4% neb + 1500-1700m). Person A is paying Person B.

First trade:
A gives B: 2b meso
B gives A: something worth as close to 2B as possible. For example, a no-boom AEE scroll. Could give multiple items too, such as 50 confusion fragments.

Second trade:
A gives B: 2b meso, the item B gave A during the previous trade
B gives A: whatever A was buying in the first place.

The end result is A has what he was buying, and B has his 4b. Of course, B has to go put the 2b meso in storage after the first trade (or move onto another account).

The item B gave A is called "collateral" and prevents A from getting scammed. B could just run off with A's 2 billion if he didn't give anything. This way, if B does run off, A can get his money back by selling B's item. In general, collateral should be something that's easy to sell (nebs, no-boom AEE, confusion fragments, primal essence, MW, etc).
Really good explanation. Only thing is is that u need like 400 confusion frags to balance a trade of Max mesos.

Pretty much like in every other world, get an item that's worth a solid, barely fluctuating price and add mesos until the value is the same as what you want to buy.

Or collateral payment, seller gives the buyer an item (worth however many mesos above the max you're working with) and the buyer gives the seller mesos. Seller puts the mesos in storage, then the buyer gives back the item AND buys the item he wanted in the first place.

Depends how far over max it is.
If it's lets say, 6-10b you should use 4%Nebs, any lower and you should go MW30's or 50%2h Atk Pinks.
There may be others but they're the only ones I know that work well.
