Crimson Wood Exchange Quest line Help
No, I'm not asking about what quests to do to start it. I know what to do but...
What I'm asking is, can kaisers begin them/do it? I can't seem to start it at all on my kaiser. The quest(s) don't seem to show up for me.

No, didn't do that yet....weird....could of sworn I did. Is it part of the quest line? Never knew it was...if it is.
Edit: Oh wow, thank for the help. I always thought it was from Subani's Legacy and further on. Didn't know you had to do "Welcome to New Leaf City Quiz". Really appreciate the help!
