Necro vs 140 set
Which is better Necro Set Vs level 140 set?
Based off the set effects and the attack that are off by, Necro Looks better due to the 15% boss while 140 set only has 15 ignore with a few more stats and attack.
So guys which is it?

Sorry, if I made any confusions. I was asking if the set was better since I am asking in general for the Reboot World.
Reboot has no slots for scrolls so it only comes down to stars and potentials. Potentials obviously wouldn't matter when comparing however, does those extra stats really out damage that 15% boss and a few stats from Necro Set effect.
Just get the Empress set, they're dirt cheap now with each equip being 5-10m each.
140 set is better because u can upgrade way more stars on it than the 120 set though the 120 set is far cheaper cost to upgrade
I opted for the 140 set. Main reason being its much more readily available. I got my entire set from killing an elite boss in ToT
