How to send a ticket?

Hi, um, I know Nexon never really replies but I wanna give it a shot anyways. They seemed to have blocked me for no reason, I mean I haven't even been online for forever. Where do I go to send tickets? I looked it up but it keeps saying the page is not available. Did they move? Where can I send the ticket?

No problem haha. Nexon needs to get on their stuff I guess... this kinda nonsense has been happening to waay too many people :[

@Candiia: oh oh right yeah so if you click on email links, it'll try to open it with something like Microsoft Outlook.
You're going to have to copy Nexon's Customer Support email address and paste it directly into a new email you'd send from like gmail or yahoo or something.

@hangwithhung - Whenever I click the link to send it tells me "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program, or if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."
I dont really understand what this means.

@DaiGako - Same as my answer above, I click email but it just gives me a pop up saying this.

"If you have an urgent issue, please email us at customersupport at nexon.net. In your email write the game title in the subject field, and include the following information in the body: Character name / server / account name / description of problem / OS version."
So just email them.

For some reason the support part of the website is completely down but right underneath "This site is temporarily unavailable" it does say to email them at the link provided (Basilmarket won't let me post links yet so I can't even enter in what it looks like) but check back at the website and it'll give you directions for where to send an email and what to write. So go check again

Ticket wise they're pretty slow at responding so I kinda thought that email might just work better and I was really surprised when they got back to my issue within two or three days, and that was over Christmas, too. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon!
