The last world transfer was two years ago and one year after world merges. Given that these world transfers will be happening right on the heels of a world merge, I doubt Nexon is going to let that 16-hour maintenance go to waste and have everyone jump ship to Windia, Bera, or Scania.

Again, Artasi does not need to say "Larger worlds (Scania, Bera, Windia, Khroa, [whatever]) will be blocked from being transferred into." You should be able to use context clues to deduce that Artasi, in this instance, considered Windia a larger world. Perhaps if you had used a different world, Bera or GRAZED, there would be a possibility. But since you used Windia and he gave the same answer ("larger worlds will not be able to be transferred to&quot, anyone should be able to deduce that Windia is considered a larger world. Not to mention that everyone and their grandmother knows that Windia vacillates between second and third biggest world regularly, so it shouldn't take that much brainpower.

You're right, there's still a chance, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I've looked through some threads and saw nothing on Windia Specifically. I've heard Artasi say high populated worlds and Scania, but not Windia. Hopefully Windia isn't blocked.... @Artasi

@Darksword: there was a thread where artasi or whatever his name was answering questions about the alliance and he said that about transfer questions. I cant be assed to find it. but it should be out there somewhere.

As said before, there are going to be world transfers this year, but no one can go into the big three, bera, windia, and scania im pretty sure

There might be a Wold Transfer event soon because of the recent World Alliance but you wont be able to go to windia anyways, so yeah, ur pretty screwed on that front.
