Yea I've been at pandas with a lvl 130 on 2x drop events
And nothing for hours and days so i was wondering if anyone had one
To borrow lol. And I say ymck simply because that's the first way I saw it lol

They drop from Pandas in Mu Lung. Just go there with a character around their level and hunt for an hour. The event gives 2x coupons as well, so it won't be tough. I did it just a few days ago.
