Whats the best quotsecondaryquot equips?

I recently just found out that emblems can be potentialed... or is potentiated the right word haha?

Anyways, my next question is: are badges and pockets worth getting? Can either of those have potential stats?

Which badges/pockets are the best? And how do you get them?

Am I missing any of the less obvious "secondary" equips? (i.e. secondary weapon, emblem, pocket, badge, pet buff, etc...)
