Skill maxes at 30 the skill stops at 24 unless you do the 6 day ark quest (did this on my mihile)
You get +1 skill level per day you kill him
Mihile himself does not get the full effect of this (kinda sure game offline cant check) i think it only works on OTHER chars

I don't think so. I mean we still have Blessing of the fairy and explorers can lvl up to 250. Maybe that will happen to cygnus o.o
