Actually fans of Lucas and Ness will know that they don't actually scream those in the earthbound series and Ness and Lucas themselves don't have as many flashy attacks like Pk Fire, PK thunder. Its the side characters like Paula Anna Kumatora that have the stronger PSI moves.
