You could always look into used boards too on Silverfishlongboarding.
This is 41.9 inches if thats fine, though this board is great!

Then is a great board too!

http://www.daddiesboardshop.com/abec11-70-s-flashbacks-longboard-wheels-70mm (Wheels, get 78 $38)
http://www.daddiesboardshop.com/bones-reds-skateboard-bearings (bearings $15)
http://www.daddiesboardshop.com/venom-super-carve-bushings-1 (Bushings, $7 get 78a)

Thats about $190 and the cheapest i can go with stuff that lasts. Thats for a decent set-up for a freeride(Going down small hills, cruising, some slides, etc). So if you get bored you can learn to slide. However, theres the Sector Nine on the first link I gave for $159 which is also good and cheaper.
If those too much for you, you can go to http://www.funboxdist.com/store/completes/ (I have some of them, they are good just cheap because no advertise on it.) Then look at the FUN BOX 39 MAPLE DROP THROUGH COMPLETE LONGBOARD and click Upgrade to Randal. $100 in total. You can paint and draw on it if you're artistic and great at drawing.
Thanks so much! Looked through all of them and i think ill go with the maple drop through as my first new board. But again thanksfor all the help helped alot
Obviously, complete longboard are usually $120+. Whats your budget? o.o
Any of the Churchill boards except uh The Skateboard decks. I recommend the churchill penny, and Skogger.
http://www.funboxdist.com/
Buy a Penny since they're small and light to carry.
What kind of board are you looking for? Size, weight, design, etc. What you plan on doing besides cruising, like are you are you going to be going down mini hills for fun

Shop on http://www.daddiesboardshop.com/ for a bit see what you like.
Also, check out http://www.silverfishlongboarding.com for a bit too
I can roughly spend probably 100-150ish on the board. The area i live at is up in the mountains but i dont plan on doing any thing off road. Ill just be staying on the street which does have small hills but nothing insane. Lookin for some thing 35-40inches so penny wouldn't really be for me, as for the design id probably go pintail with something colorful.and imaginative.

Thanks for the help.
