Is this Accessory Girly?
Hey whats up basil, I saw this ear accessory in a video i was just watching and i kinda liked it, i wanted to sort of make one (i know a local shop that can make any sort of jewellery using silver) but I also wanted to know if it was too girly or gay for a straight guy to wear it around.

@chillyprince: The one I showed you is called a snake guage, not sure about the one on the video though.

It's not girly, but the one you're talking about will look weird, period.
I think it's called an ear cuff, but it's huge, so I googled "ear armour" and an image came up that looked kind of like it.

Honest opinion, the odds are more likely that it would make me look utterly gay but, any hope?
Are you trying to look like something out of a fantasy movie?
I view anything dangly on a guy's ear as too feminine. Certain earrings are exceptions though.
EDIT: Nevermind, saw what you were actually talking about now. I think it looks pretty... bad.

Its basically the same reason you'd wear a necklace, bracelet or a ring, it looks cool and its something different.
