Haven't heard this question in a very long time. It's possible to get that even without wearing a single equip depending on the character cards and links you use. My dragon khanjar still requires 150 dex and I was able to still put it on with no gear including totems (besides codex of course). Also star force if you haven't since that is basically a ton of easy all stat.

Unless times changed:

Ra stuff + tyrants + gollux stuff should give you more than enough luk to use it lukless <3

Mages are asking if LUK is worth investing for E.Staff?

@Chongo55: I mean, if you have the funds I say get the fafnir staff (mana crown?). I think the elemental boost was 5? or 15%, which i dont think makes up for the fact that faf has a bonus Boss% and IED% from the set as well as on the staff itself.

@krishman Does Estaff still give the bonuses? It's not listed anyway on the item info card. And even then I'm now seeing there are better options, especially given that I'll probably be using Elemental Decrease for most bosses since IIRC pretty much every boss resists elemental damage. If they don't I may consider getting it for that boost to elements though.

I think @GlobalKorean brings up a good point about the Dragon Tail and cRA sets too - I can just ask a friend to let me loot them.

All this feedback is great because I'm only just getting back into the game after a really long time, so I have no idea where to start really. I only really asked about Estaff since I knew it was amazing when I left.

At the end of the day it's 20mil though, and I have many ways to make that back. I'll probably end up buying it just for fun.

@GlobalKorean: Because he wants the elemental staff? Which is also a higher tier + has a damage bonus for fire/poison.

I also recommend faf staff since its like 20+ base m.att and att speed doesnt effect standard mages. But i mean, he asked specifically for the elemental staff and theres no other alternative for ~20m.

the thing is though, whats the point in getting 150 Luk if you're going to get the RA gear lol..

OP: Get a Fafnir Mana Crown. It shouldnt be all that expensive and if it is then just ask a friend if you could go on a cRA run to loot items.
EDIT: if you cant find a cheap Mana Crown then go for the Dragon Tail set. Its a cheaper/weaker variant of the RA set but if you're that unfunded then its better than an Estaff

Cra set shouldn't really be too expensive. If you're not ready for that though, just R&J to 140, and farm DIPQ (probably with someone since you probably wont be able to clear it yourself) for the level 140 Utgard set, a decent unfunded alternative. I don't think Empress would be worth the investment, since you'll replace it with cra anyways.

You get more than enough luk from gollux equips + RA gear. RA gear gives like +30 INT / LUK for mages. Tyrants have both INT and LUK. Dim Gloves have all stats. SW have all stats. Its really easy to get 150 LUK.

Well that clears it up. What are some good endgame staves? Keep in mind that I'm not super funded. I could probably scroll a staff using traces and star it easily.

I have a Fearless Aeas Hand right now. But something better for later would be nice.
