Digital is as much "real" as traditional media. Art is just expression through the medium of something else, and it really doesn't matter what that "something" is, as long as your message gets across. Digital/traditional should have nothing to do with this.

First : 6/10, too simple, if you can draw Ciel with that kind of shading you can do something harder.
Second: 7/10, nice shading, but the mouth is off. Unoriginal character, and you referenced the whole thing. And faces are really easy by themselves, you should try to do a full body pic. Shading is easy too, infact. Why don't you try Tanaka? He's more difficult to get right.

For the sketch, Ciels mouth looks kind of awkward, I think if you draw his mouth lower and a tiny bit towards the right, it would improve it. But everything else is great.
Im really impressed by your skills, the 10 year old me could of never drawn at your level xD

EDIT: LOLOL, I found the Ciel reference you used... Not that impressed after seeing that you literally copied the whole thing.. Very unoriginal, maybe you should try not copying and see how good your skills are then cause pretty much anyone can copy a picture and make it look decent..
