In that case, I think I was blacklisted from the person. It would explain why the messages are now gone, but I guess it also deletes everything from my inbox and on my side too then.

@mmorpg: I didn't mean to sound like he actively reads them, more that he has the ability to.

I don't know how often he does it, but I can assure you he reads PMs.

I had no idea that was even possible. I mean, the messages had some personal stuff, but I don't believe that they violated any rules or had anything that could even be construed as bad. Is there any way to confirm that they were deleted by Mr Basil?

Perhaps the content of the message was against the rules and MrBasil deleted it before you could get to it.

The account of the person is still on basil. I just have to go through posts from the person in order to find them or search for the player to find him/her. Is it possible that I was blocked by the person somehow?

Any idea if the accounts of the people who contacted you are still intact?
