if they credited you with 30k maple points... it implies that it's their fault... so this actually happens to people? even people that pay actual dollars?

Similar thing happened to me around last Fall, self scrolled, self cubed, self obtained tyrant cape disappeared from my inventory, Sent a few tickets to nexon and waited 3 months without a response and when they did finally respond it was to tell me that the incident was too far back for them to know what happened, I bid you good luck but don't be expecting anything, although I have heard that their costumer service has improved.

Wouldn't count on you getting your thing back. Knowing your luck, you'll end up with GM Skelorm, who'll be too busy copying and pasting 20 rejection letters at once to actually pay attention to your particular request. I'd suggest posting about this on the official forums, where you're more likely to get a worthwhile response from someone on the staff, but the community over there is brainwashed or something. They think Nexon is incapable of mistakes.

I already talked to someone on livechat but he told me to just wait until someone responds to my ticket -.-
aka maybe you will get them back next year but probably not

Mine were only at 10 stars, and I made them myself long ago

and yes that's probably what I'm going to tell myself to quit because I'm sure not going to shell out money to get ones as good and I don't want to play with such a big dent in my range

Maybe they changed how things appear when they get dropped or maybe those were the 12 star duped ones (12 or 13 star mage shoes and belts have been mass duped). That's awful though
