Why prop 30 is bad
Prop 30 is bad!
Look, in the spookytoad household, we already have enough things to worry about. What country we should fly to for winter break. Which iPad to buy the big one or the small one. Or whether or not to buy a new Fisker Karma or just buy a lambo for my birthday.
Now do you really want use to not be able to afford such things that define who we are? We are a consumeristic culture and by passing this proposition your are not only hurting us, but you are limiting first amendment right to free buy for all the 1%ers out there.
Do us all a favor, and go to a private school for an education if you feel like your public schools and universities are limiting you. And if you cant afford to do that, you dont really deserve a quality education and you should drop out right now and go work in a chinese factory, making the iPad that I'm about to buy.
Ok, so do the right thing.
Vote NO on prop 30.
K. Thanks. Bye.

@lienpaul: My daddy has got more money than you can count.
I know this is a troll thread, but I'm pretty sad that 30 is losing .
why be sad? Be happy
Be downright jubilant!
Unfortunately we've only accounted for about 21% of the people so far, so we could loose the lead.
Darn Liberals trying to ruin my already difficult life.
how rich are you?
I voted yes on 30, but no on 38.
I'm just kind of used to this thing by now.
Anything that supports education or progression in OK is continually voted down every single time the damn thing is thrown out there.
No one wants to sacrifice another nickel out of their pay for the good of anyone. OK is seriously the saddest state to live in..but oh well. I ignore most of these dumb politics and stuff. Waste of time.
@crazygama: this is cute but i feel like i've seen enough of your posts that the gimmick is lost on me. or am i totally wrong here?
i'm not like super sad about it, but it's sad y'know? like seeing republicans sad that they lost, and imagining how it was for Romney is sad too.

like i'm starting to feel genuinely sad that people voted no? but it's a smaller margin so that's good
the whole 1/4 cent thing is so negligible (we just approved a $9/yr addition to add and preserve parks and rivers/lakes/etc), though i can see people being opposed to tax on 250k+, esp. since there's probably a good chunk of people earning that in Cali. it's just sad that so many people can't take a hit over 4 years to improve our future generations.
hey man, not everybody's rich enough to go to a private school....
And if you're not willing to spend 1/4 of a cent on education, I don't know what's wrong with you.
Even I'm not that cheap....
wow
