If youre unlucky in monsterpark, go to neo city. Just go to the first map 2216 and keep ccing and killing apsu. If you collect 30 of his drops you can get 1 chaos scroll, and hes easy to kill. You can also find him in other maps, so you can go to those maps when youve gone through ch1-20
