Another option over tyrant belt is a tinkerer black belt and scarlet shoulder (what i use). It was a lot cheaper for me to go that route and with the set effect the black belt is a bit better than an 11 starred tyrant belt. But yeah, CRA and tyrants is definitely the way to go

Cra + Tyrants is the better option plus there's more freedom, SW you're kinda stuck with the gear (Psok the item before you transpose it, so you can trade once) since you're unable to trade it. That doesn't mean that SW is a terrible option though, it's great for middle tier/higher end players but if you want to be super godly go CRA/Tyrants.
Another reason why I'd say go CRA over SW is because it has built in Def Ignore and you'll get the extra 30% bossing from set effect where as SW is raw weapon attack/all stats which isn't bad.

In this case it'd be much more most of my stuff is minimum 15% to 33% (only 2 items break 30) most of it ranges from 20-26%

That's Optimal way to go, I'm currently at 2.8-3.3m clean using [url=https://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~ted/maplestory/dmgcalculator/]Damage calculator[/url] the calc in the link. I current use 4 pieces of SW (Bow/Hat/Overall/Gloves) with Tyrant Cape/Shoes and Double Gollux set (3 Reinforced/ 3 Superior with a scarlet ring) the rest is typical stuff just with decent pots. I have some stats of my gear if you'd like me to post them.

well in scania the only BMs i see are super funded with at least 1m+ range
