How Exactly do you upgrade to Sweet water I know all the stuff about how the upgrade works, but how do I actually access the upgrade. The NPC for SW (Sweet)(Water) equips upgrading doesn't work when I attempt to click him. I'm just curious if anyone has been able to access him.

Str and the Jump patch I really hope nexon will give us a lot of AP resets, my bowmaster has a base str of 70 from like 5 years ago when it was a lot harder to be low str. Atm i have almost 160-170 str with just my equips alone with the new skill i wil l have 200 str which is quite a bit.
