I bought one for 200m have used like 15 cubes and still not Combat orders

i bought a thief one for 200m
von bon dropped a meister cube, 1 cube -> decent co

i bought one legendary for 200m and put like 5 cubes on it and got decent combat order. i guess i got lucky
