Why isnt sacro a party skill?

it would be awesome if it was.
On another note :
1) i remember hearing ppl say that if we use Magic crash at the right time we can prevent DR. Is this true my fellow pallies or is Crash only good for debuffing?
2) our 170 hyper says in its description that it hits monsters for whatever damage but also stuns them. Does this stun also work on bosses like a bind skill?

With crash you can completely stop Empress from ever using DR if your timing is correct.

sacro still has a 10min cooldown o.O
1.You can only time MC to negate reflect
2.Smite Shield also acts as a bind, and it works on most bosses, except the RA ones
3. Be grateful nexon reduced the cooldown of sacro from 10min to 5min
4. the upcoming The seed tower ring That gives you 50% more damage as long as you dont get hit for 30secs with a 300sec cooldown? Stack that with sacro, angelic link, and blast for mad cheap shots against bosses.
If timed correctly, magic crash can prevent bosses from casting dr to an extent, but never completely.
Yeah, the 170 hyper also acts as a bind.
1) True, you just need to have a good timing
