World Transfer: Stay in Bera or Move to Windia?

So I made a post before stating that I want to get back into Maplestory after taking a long break. I played a few months ago for a short period but stopped. I want to relive the Maplestory experience that I used to experience years and years ago. Currently, I'm in Bera and with the whole world transfer thing going on, it's made my rethink about what world would give me the best Maplestory experience like PQs and Bossing and all that interactive stuff, since Maplestory has really died quite a lot and I'm considering moving to Windia. Since you can't travel to Scania and I don't even think I could play without lagging. I remember years ago when I played that I wanted to go to Windia because apparently a lot of people said it was better than Bera. I remember Pink Bean being killed in Windia for the first time ever (damn those were the days). But playing in Bera, never really had a problem with Bera. I'm open to all worlds but mainly looking at staying in Bera or moving to Windia. Won't be able to move all my characters which sucks since I can only move 6 but I can move most of them.

So any thoughts any opinions are appreciated! Tell me about your experiences in your worlds and if you transferred or not, tell me how its been since the transfer! I want to make a good choice since we can't cancel or transfer back and I doubt we are going to get another world transfer event for a while!

Btw, I remember being able to purchase World Transfers years ago and you had to wait until next server maintence for your character to be transferred. What happened to that? Would really like to move all my characters.
