Crit rate or dmg
I want to know whether i should buy a sharp eyes and crit rate neb and make a phantom for the link skill which puts me at 97% crit rate. Or if i should use the money to increase my range a bit instead and use the character slot to make a xenon for the link. Note i only have about 800m and 1 free char slot.

SE Neb does not give min crit.

SE neb gives both crit rate and max crit dmg. It really outclass a regular crit neb.
Well, I mean... range should be your first goal, but there is no limit to how much you can increase your range, so getting 100% crit would be easier to achieve? Do you have the Hyper Skill for Crit Added? You get 15% from lvl 2 Phantom and 15% from SE neb and 4%? from lvl 2 BT. Also note that you can get crit from your inner ability and your weapon/2ndary weapon/emblem can get crit on their potentials.
Personally, I would get the SE neb because having decent SE feels pro
What is ur minimum critical damage and maximum critical?
If you tel us that we can calculate the overall damage increase from the critical rate.
Also, how is the Character slot related to the meso you have? If you have that free slot, just use it for Xenon.
