I had no clue there were tradeable stamps
1 B for a stamp is insane though, you could just buy the 3L stamp in the CS for less. Or just buy a few cube packs.
Usually event shops have them as well.
or you can get 2k nx and buy a stamp as well.

the sengoku high 100coin box thing gives out 3L stamps randomly
