Long time player coming back
Hey all. Long time MS player just got back into MS recently, my current main is way out of date as the last time i played, the last thing i remember was Professions just came out around that time.
If i am the create and new charater, (being a pally i loved them) are they still relevent? Any tips any of you could give me? I am most likely starting out in Scania.
Not really sure what else i can ask, other then a catch up on everything thats happended since professions.

If you really want to experience the UA Paladin life, then you'll have to go through some super tedious quests that involve collecting rare etc drops for the Cygnus skill. It's not like Paladins need the skill anymore, our ACB skill is a good enough mob skill. IMO the only bad thing about being a Paladin is the method for how our Blast buff is activated; it takes 5 alternate ACB just to activate it and 5 more to increase our damage. If you've noticed in your stats window, you can reset your Inner Abilities at the cost of 100 honor exp (you should have a bunch). Try shooting for Unique (Legendary if you are lucky enough) and go for % buff duration so that your Blast buff is longer in duration. Just remember, Paladins are pretty buff dependent.

@Hamdeamon , yea its seems their damage was nerfed hugely from what I've read. I never was much of a person focused purely on damage, seems they really have now become a support class like a bishop back in the day. There are many other classes out there right now, i've made a demon slayer and im surprised by how well they are, im not even funded but i can solo normal zakum now ^_^ something I always wanted to do.

Thanks for the tips mate, i actually never did make a UA pally because at the time when they came out i was 15x ish on my main pally and didn't want to go through the trouble of remaking it even though i should have as i had 60 dex at the time .
Paladins are like the middle of the 3 explorer hero's. Not the best at bossing or mobbing, but they're not the worst. Pretty much what everyone else said, look up a guide or something.
Depends mostly what type of playing style you're looking for because quite a bit has changed to Paladins since the profession release and imo, it made pally's worse.

It is still an option, but if I remember correctly, you can't make ultimate adventurers anymore. They removed the Peridot quest (don't quote me on this).
Edit: Unless you're already a UA Paladin, which I assume you are.
