1. Get the ghost badge and boss arena emblem which are both...FREE!
2. Do gollux prequest if you haven't. If you can't kill easy gollux that's no problem, just farm the 9 coins w/o killing gollux. Also..FREE!
You don't have to use that 1.4b right away. But if you see good deals, go for it.

I would really suggest purchasing spell traces and using 70% spell traces during spell trace fever (95% success rate). Scroll for the entire faf set. With everything scrolled, you may be able to do daily bosses and easy/normal gollux. Hopefully you'll get cubes from bosses every so often and you can get decent stats on each equip. Don't aim for high pot and stick to any line of % main stat. You can consider buying epic potential 50% scrolls and using those first.

Other than that, farm up gollux coins so that you can get the superior equips. Set your goals lower and start with reinforced and later when you are able to solo hard, aim for superior equips. Buy gollux scroll service for ~100m so you can gain a bonus in attack without having to wait so long to get 30 coins for a scroll. Basically, use the ~bil of mesos on purchasing gollux scroll service for your reinforced equips. You can get most reinforced equips for pretty cheap in the FM. That will give you a decent amount of dmg to start off.

Focus your boss cubes on your CRA and fafnir stuff.

Hookers and food.

Since you have faf gear already go for tyrants you should be able to find some in fm. I think cape is like 1.4 bil in Bera so yea go for tyrants

Thanks, I'll probably try some boss runs.

1. You won't be able to do normal magnus, but easy should be fine.
2. Go do quest lines and get the good free stuff. ie level 160 badge (DON'T blow this up, you only get one). Crystal Maple Leaf Emblem, etc
3. Get the leafre explorer book
4. Do commerci and upgrade your eyes/face with 7% items. (Good for money otherwise if you don't get luk but also takes a while)
5. Get a Tyrant Cape - this is probably what your money should go to
6. Consider looking through the fm for cheap 6% luk earrings/boots/gloves until you can get your own gear (ie earrings should be replace with sup gollux)
7. On that note, farming gollux will help immensely. The superior items are all good and they also can be upgraded easily too AND have a set effect.

Bolding makes no sense to me. I use it, insert stuff, and it doesn't bold lol. Anyway, number 5 is the best bet for your money. Anything else can be farmed at the moment. What the other posters have said are all good as well (spell trace will require a bit of money, not much though and inner ability you can aim for unique +attack/crit rate early on). For your inner ability, unless you somehow get to legend DO NOT use points to save a line. It costs way too much.
