@deadangel13: We got Kinesis in December of 2015. Last I checked, December is in the Winter.

@nitsua2789: Well I sure hope you're wrong, but I just gotta correct you that in summer 2015 we got Kinesis.

@deadangel13: Our summer update always mirrors the prior KMS Winter Update. It's no coincidence that on many occasions that's included a class release as the Summer and Winter updates tend to be the most content heavy of the year.

However in 2015 our Summer update did not include a new class, and the recent KMS Beyond update had no new class, meaning again we will not see a new class in the summer of 2017.

People say things from my memory that there should be a bowman using a slingshot, personally I find that more of a pirate job thing. I wouldn't mind a javelin type I guess, melee+ranged combo done properly (loljett).

@deadangel13: That's the point, I seriously doubt we'll get a new class at all.

A Ballista class would be cool, we already have 2 classes that use a cannon (if you count the Blaster Arm Cannon as a cannon, I mean it's in the name) so it's not out of the realm of possibility to have a ballista user. Hell they just straight up invented the Soul Shooter and Psy Limiter, they could make a Dragon Bow type thing for a Nova Archer.

That's true, it's excusable for DW because DW was originally EZ mode Hero, and mihile is a DW (but I guess they wanted to make him different). Then they tried to reuse unpopular weapons with Aran and DS.

Idk about Kaiser though.

@beefly: A sengoku archer, for example, is a great start. Traditional chinese archery looks nothing like the western archery, with super long bows and a very unique ritual of shooting. A nova archer would be all about dragons. I don't have an idea to give you on how to combine archery with dragons atm but you can't honestly say that you expected a nova pirate to be....this...angelic buster thing. Iv'e also seen in other mmorpgs (one of them is Nexon's) that there's sometimes a class that uses an automathic crossbow, just like a machine gun.

I agree that warriors have more diversity with their weapons, but Nexon found a way to make 5 different classes that use a two or one handed sword.

Honestly, what could they do with bowman?

Warrior is easy, there's plenty of weapons in history and fiction used by warrior-like fighters.
Mage of course, has no rules and therefore the easiest to make.
Pirate is kind of like warrior, guns (type) or fists (fighting style), it's also the misc job if they feel like they made too many mages.
Thief is a littler harder to get creative since you usually gotta go with the sneaky sneaky theme, at least there's some weapon diversity they can take influence from.

Then there's Bowman, the most creative they got was TWO bows or riding something, so idk what else can they do with bows aside from making semi-clones like WA. Also the name BOWman kind of restricts their weapons of choice.
