I was wondering is Hard Magnus glitching a lot for anyone? >.<
Edit: I only have 3 people with me also if that helps.

Mules do not need to respawn so long as they are not on the aggro list. You can actually enter the map, then die and stay dead for 10 minutes without ever glitching, as long as you don't attack.
We have rules of thumb like respawn every 60/120/180 seconds for people on the aggro list. This is because Magnus occasionally focuses aggro onto dead players, causing him to glitch, and the way to reset this is to revive. I find 120 seconds to be safe, but you can probably push for longer if you don't see Magnus freezing up.
Binds are related to the glitch in 2 ways.
A) I find that after a bind Magnus tends to aggro to the binder. This means that if Magnus glitches, the binder will need to commit suicide and revive.
B) The warning for a glitch (Magnus freezing up) is identical to the bind state. So if you're not paying attention to how long your bind should be lasting, you can fail to notice Magnus is actually glitching, causing your run to fail.

They actually don't need to respawn at all, as long as they don't appear on the aggro list.

I've heard people suggesting that Magnus is glitchy after the update. However, I've had no issues with my runs. It's possible that some of your friends are lagging harder than usual, this would cause Magnus to glitch.

I see well i managed to complete after the 6th time this week and I usually bring friends without dark sight haha. I do not usually have this much trouble with glitching x.x

They don't stay dead long and I know of the freeze. Still glitches for me maybe I'm just really unlucky haha.

He's been glitching far into the battle for me like towards the end where i can kill him. x.x
