Do you mean for a Buccaneer skill build? The sticky'd guide has one. The general rule of thumb with every skill build is to max two things: required skills for future jobs(For example, Knuckle Booster for Buccaneers since it is required to put points into Speed Infusion) and the most useful skills(Such as those that will never be obsolete, such as most buffs, passives, main attacks that aren't replaced, etc).

With just knowledge of the requirements for most skills in a class, builds can easily be devised. If you have trouble or want to know exactly how to build one, I'd suggest looking at the sticky.

If you added AP to str, make a Buccaneer.
If you added AP to dex, make a Corsair.
If you added to both, remake the class.
