Having a problem with Todays June 27, 2013 patch
So everytime I start the download I get the error message "Base.wz the patch file is corrupt. Please try again." I've tried multiple times but nothing is working. Does anybody know what's going on? Do I have to re-install MS?

Re-install or get the Base.wz file from someone else who has a non-corrupted one and replace yours with it.
