I attack when the mobs go to the middle. Loot after the mobs had stopped going to the center.

I always go with full slots (no unique core), but with a 10%+ drop rate core instead of the equip. Never went without the drop core, 10% might get you a few more and probably one or two 15% drop core.

LOL i got 2200 boxes during 2x with 2x cash coupon , with kanna kishin and monster pop 100% using only lamancha.

oh and big spider familiar & Greed pendant. and drop core 25%

For me it's only after every SC, so I repeat this process once I have time after a SC.

Should this process be done before every evo farm session or just after a SC? The spawn rate issue always seems to be hit or miss regardless of SC or not

You can get +Drop Rate potential lines on accessories as well.

There's a way to cancel out the spawn lagg in evo.
If you log out of your main account on which you evo with (has to be out of evo) and go into evo on a mule (same account), once you go back on your main and farm at evo, the spawn will be normal again.
The spawn gets lagged after every SC so make sure to go in evo with a random mule first to not waste an evo run.

it's probably evo world not respawning the mobs as fast as it does some times

Your attack may be slow, I get about 1600 on my Kaiser with Blade Burst but like 1000 on paladin each with the same drop rate and kishin

I have the same issue and I'm a xenon. I get 100 boxes a run on 1x but on my db I get way more. Idk why either

Some people have skills that adds drop rates. Also you can use drop rate % cores for evo world.

Or! maybe someone lied to you so you would get even more mad. You see the point?
