I just do the standard buzzcut, except not too short. 8 on the top, 3 on the sides.

I get a typical layered haircut with the longest parts barely touching my shoulders.
Long hair, bangs covering my forehead in sideway. The hair needs to go down 'til it reached beyond my shoulders.

Sides shaven. Back short. Top is extremely layered and light. Somewhat long fringe.

I don't even know. Maybe a 2 on the back and sideburns, 3 on the sides, and a trim on the top and bangs.

I get buzzcuts sometimes, sometimes I let my hair grow out a bit longer. Short hair is [i]soooo[/i] much easier to take care of
fades when its short i just get tapers with 5 on top, i also like growing my hair out though
I get a four-ish and I spike the front of my hair. I usually only get a haircut once a year, because I like growing my Emo hair out.
I get everything done with scissors because I hate short hair on me, with the sides much shorter and getting increasingly longer as you move towards the centre of my head, and then I always ask to get it thinned. I'm seriously contemplating bringing a picture of Adam Levine next time I go for a cut and asking for it to be cut that way, because I think it would look good (hopefully). I'll ask my normal hairdresser for her advice and see what she says.

I cut my own hair, and it looks great on me
Regular...short? I don't know, I don't go by numbers.
