Overpriced electronic brands
Hello again basil.
I dont know why, mabye it's my friends new headphones, but I just want to try and gather a list of brands (of electronics) that are overpriced for what they offer...
To start:
Alienware (much better computers availible for lower prices)
Skullcandy (Break too easily + worse sound then senheisers or other makes) + Still overpriced!
Apple (mac) (Overpriced everything because of a monopoly on macintosh computers)
Apple (Ipod) (Worse out-of-box sound then Zune HD)
Toshiba (Overpriced laptops (compared to acer!))
+ Sony laptops (price)
Dr. Dre Beats (price)
Blackberries (Too many other Smarter phones availible for the same price)
Bose (Price)(Especially the earbuds, they break easy!)
Thats all i got ATM...

And this thread is strictly about price, not value? [/quote]Macintosh equip duration is one of the worse I have ever seen. I've seen more Macintosh product breaking than Acer and HP together. Maybe it's just luck, but seriously, they're too expensive to break so easily.

I agree with you on the HP, they are overpriced for nothing special.
However sony laptops come at a premuim price with nothing more to offer than an acer.
Acer is one of the best Bang-for-buck brands out there (even though I dont liek them much)
I just see sony and toshibas priced at far greater premiums for nothing more than the brand name, same proc, ram, and gfx

But right now I have to say Mac computers.

Added beats br dr. dre, as well as sony laptops + fixed reason for toshiba laptops (+$150 for the same insides!)
apple has expensive everything
sony vaio's are pretty expensive too imo
Apple (Ipad, 5th gen ipod nano, ipoc classic, ipod video classic)
Skullcandy Earbuds and skullcrushers. Though id say they were pretty durable
