Why, just why?
So I came back home from the Navy for 10 days to visit mom, family, friends, and the city. I hanged out with most of my friends already but there's like one more person. I called her up. She answered but said she's working so talk later. She called me back to see what's up, and I asked if she wanna hang out (we hanged before and it is solely plutonic). She said sure but she needs to meet someone after work and also she needs to walk her dogs. I'm like OK, I wanna see the dogs too. She said she'll call me when she's done. 3 hours passed, figured she forgot about me or something, I'm like ah screw it, and went for a walk in the park (was gonna run but it was getting late). As soon as I walk past the tennis court, there she is, with her dogs and... another dog... and some guy. I walked closer to see I'm not mistaken and yep that's her. I immediately pulled my hoodie over my head and shoved my hands in my pockets and walked away quickly, like Captain America concealing his identity in public. I jumped over a fence to get back home the quickest route and I think she may have noticed or saw me. I ended up calling another friend (guy) and hanging out for the rest of the night but I still think about the whole situation. Why...? If you have a date or something, just say so, right? Don't make me waste my time waiting!
PS: Last time I checked, she has a boyfriend and the guy at the park is not him.

Nowadays whenever I talk to someone I can (mostly) tell if they're full of poop or not.

Quit acting so god damn entitled bro, she already told you she was walking the dogs, she doesn't owe anything else to you. She doesn't have to tell you who she's with if she doesn't want to, you're not her boyfriend. She clearly just didn't want to hangout with you.
Why is it so hard to say "No, I'm going to be busy today" or something around those lines?! Saying a lie is sooo much worse than telling the truth!
