Hyper skills unsure about points.
Hi I am wondering how many skill points will I have towards my hyper skills. Specifically towards the passive skills. Is it still five? And gain 1 point per 10 levels?

Hi I am wondering how many skill points will I have towards my hyper skills. Specifically towards the passive skills. Is it still five? And gain 1 point per 10 levels?

passive skill is still 5 point at lvl 200
