Yes, but only when it's really obvious. I have prescription acne cremes, ointments, pills, etc., that I use to keep the pimples off of my face in the first place.
Mindlessly popping pimples is how you get to be a person with tons of scars all over your face. I can think of at least 4 people I know who are like this off the top of my head.

honestly, it depends on the pimple. some leave scars but some actually get better if u pop them. i get a pimple rarely, but when i do i usually pop it and no marks is left..

i also pick off "dried" pimples? on my forehead (because of my bangs/fringe), and its just this yellow speck, yum.

how do you pop your pimples? Well I put acne face cream over it and it's gone in a few days
Mum does it. Then I attack my face with ice so it won't inflame.
