This hottime is messed up
After making 7/~20 50%, (I failed 7 in a row once and 4 in a row including a couple 50% enhancements), I went ahead and failed the 90% red scroll on my last slot on my claw. People seem to be saying the rate is not 90%. I recommend no one uses the scroll if this happens to be the case. We weren't supposed to get the scroll anymore and then they give it but at a worse rate than stated. </3

If mine and 8 other peoples were to succeed it only makes sense someone else fails (you).
Putting this nicely cause I'm sick of hearing it.

2.If it's meant to be 100%, its 100%. Anything lower will NOT always work.
3.Don't complain about how it doesn't work even if it has a high chance of succeeding.
I swear if I have to train my lumi to 110 again :c...it was so boring. T_T

The only thing wrong with the scroll is that it expires and/or isn't tradable within the account.

Kind of reminds me of Advanced Potential Scrolls 90%. Those scrolls are practically trolls.
Lucky Day scrolls make it 100%
I don't think you understand the concept of percent.
Did you destroy the item with the failed 90% scroll?
