This just made me cringe deeply as i read throughout the 'silly' (to stay polite) answers they are giving out for each issue.
This has got to be one of the best bs answer i've read in my entire life :
- [ITEMS] Why can't non-NX items be shared across all characters in an account? Why are so many items untradeable or tradeable only with a Sharing Tag or Scissors of Karma? If I earned an item, I think I should be allowed to trade it between characters on my account.
- Rare items are not tradable so as to keep the game balanced. Also, trade is limited to prevent hacks or accidental trades. While we understand this may be frustrating, this system was designed to keep your rare items safe. [/b]
Most of the question was especially directed towards trading within the account, yet most of the answer is about "preventing hacks", "accidently trading" and "keeping game balanced".
Nexon NA is trying to hard to make it seem like they are acting towards making their version of the game better,
but this whole microsite just proved it was all an act.
The only "answers" provided are mostly "We can't do anything" or "We gonna try but not sure", or better yet the excuse of making certain drops only available through cash shop and not lootable from bosses a "bug, glitch, mistake" that they "weren't aware of".
I'm done with that team who can't even do anything right yet still have the guts to claim even a single penny out of our pockets.
Nexon Europe might not be the best, but at least they try !
I tried so hard to think how hard it must be in their position and such,
defended them quite a few times against Nexon haters while in-game.
But i'm done.
After 8 years of mapling (almost 9), all they've proven is that most of the good people from the old team quit and all that's left are money-hungry koreans that can't even keep their eyes open to see their game is crumbling and will fail to continue appealing new players.
Hell, even private little teams do a better job at keeping their games out of bugs & hackers, supporting & coding, than they do.
EMS, or probably all of the other games i've been playing recently instead of Maple, here i come.

If you really have played for "8 (almost 9)" years you would know that untradeable items existed long before SoKs/PSoKs came out.

My lord those were the most general answers I have ever seen. Half of them are "we will consider it" or "We are looking into it" or "We will be rebalancing/changing it in the future"

While money is needed to keep a game and it's team alive (of course, who doesn't need a paycheck to make their family live?),
they should focus more on actually listening to the players rather than trying to force-feed them bs whilst trying to make people pay for that same exact bs.
