i Have a Sw wep and regret it
Okay So, like a month back i was able to get my Range High enough on my xenon to actually complete dojo which was great because A) i really messed up my emp gloves lost all the attack on them and well even Rank 10-50 gloves are amazing themselves. So anyways when wearing the dojo gloves i lost the 6 set effect from the empress set meaning i lost the 30% boss i got from wearing my emp gloves and since i had got a sw anvil from commerci i made the choice to make my emp wep --> sw (anvil failed fyi and took me 3 tries from the npc dude xD ) so now... i dont have godly emp gear or even something worth psoking to resell so i wanted an upgrade maybe to fafnir but....i have this sw wep which if i replace is going to be a huge huge huge waste...T.T my emp wep was +70wep(to base) with 5 stars and epic my current wep is now +70wep(to base) with 4 stars i cubed it a little during double mirical time and made in Uniq with 17%luk .... My Question to you peoplez is do i just suck it up and get a Fafnir wep....(i want pirate btw in broa but all thats being sold is Thief, and pirate scrolled T.T ) or just, try and get sw set maybe? (a heck of alot mesos i dont have required for this ik) or just work on other equips till my wep is really the only thing that needs to be changed? i dont buy Nx so i wont be cubing it anytime soon for more % boss , this is supposed to be my last main ever on maple sooo sw set i might not regret.
Edit: Also forgot to mention i have 6%luk12%allstats top and 15%allstats 1%luk bottom (lv 80 thief top/bottom and tradble ) And im already working on Rein gollux set LF>clean slates... (will be farming elites)

simply, fafnirs > sw weapon. no question about it
Never make a completely untradeable item your first option, I learned that with my reverse equips, great equips but after new equips came out they were completely obsolete and with 0 resell value. Always buy whatever you can re-sell, so my advice would be either get another empress weapon or get the fafnir set.

You should just go CRA items. Pirate gear is cheap. Pirate whip is more expensive than thief whip but thief gear is more expensive. I have thief CRA set and tyrants, not because the whip is cheaper, but because thief CRA has a better resale than pirate. I don't like to invest my mesos into low/no resale items.

Its not that i cant afford full sw just if i did it would all be clean, And to wear clean sw equips should be considered a sin, but i also forgot to mention i have top 6%luk 12%allstats and 15%allstats+1%luk pants tradble dark pirate top and bottoms i bought for 1.5b ea (dont ask....i just wanted them so i got them....w/e ) But if i could find a Terminus (10B+) being sold... i would buy it (time to start merching~ )

That's true, but this person is too poor to afford even full SW, I doubt a well scrolled Terminus (10B+) is in their budget. For now I suggest you keep the SW weapon, maybe cubing a bit for % att/boss, while working on your other items like Betaboi101 suggests.

It's worth going for faf if you can, I also chose SW, though the reason was that back when I bought it, i got a perfected (+9 scrolls) SW Staff for 4.5b where as a faf staff went for around 2.5b CLEAN, Threw a 1b 25% boss on there and i only really lost 5% boss. Recubed it and got 65% boss on it, so i'm really happy with it.
But yes go faf.
I say keep the sw weapon. A fafnir 4 set will only add an additional 30% boss. Your weapon is scrolled/ cubed and would suffice as is for the time being. Instead maybe go with the root abyss 3 set (to still get the 50 att boost). Then as you build funds you can upgrade to other sw pieces (the 4 set adds so much extra stats/ weapon attack).
Instead, maybe use the funds towards: a gollux set (reinforced if low funding; superior if higher funds come your way), tyrant equips with 5 + stars (for the huge all stat boosts), a high attack android heart (not star heart unless you have a star droid) and android (not a reg one; delux +), all stats on your other equips, a good xenon heart, the works.
tldr
Just buy a faf set
