Decent is whether you can accomplish what you want to with your range and class.
Getting some huge gaps here
200k+ is what I would consider decent.
If you don't spend money then yeh gonna take a while for a new character to get above 100k, much less 50k even with cross surge. I would say go 50k i pretty decent unfunded, and 100k is above average for the non spender, while it would be double that for the casual spender.
pretty much ^ if you have at least a 6 figure range range then that is pretty decent
even above 60k since that allows you to do most bosses or at least go on most bosses
I think 150k buffed is decent, but average is probably 100~130k
