Oh wow, just bought potion pot and it does wonders.
Sadly, it just had to be this patch it doesn't work with pet auto heal D:
@Dr4gonxLord: Yes but that pre-quest takes a long time and you'd lose a lot of %/hour doing it. Training at normal places would be much faster than doing the pre-quests just to kill Zakum.
Don't do it. Wait until you become funded or until you start hitting 100k's. I already wasted 2 eyes trying and I have only killed the arms and body #1 w/ 50% dex and a 6%total damage bow at the same level.
Yesterday I more or less solo'd zak at 176 with a level 10 bow and no other equips besides link skills in like 15 minutes; probably could've done it faster too but I wasn't paying much attention xD

I'd say aim to be around level 140-150 and around 60k-70k range should be good enough to solo it in a decent time. Only problem is survivability

Thanks guys, I soloed it in 20 minutes.
I just thought it would be much stronger after Unleashed.
I killed it with a 20k range. Took me quite a while though.
Surviving is not a problem. 1/1 only brings me down to like 2k hp so it's all good.
With that range, you can definitely solo Zakum.
Not sure about WA's survivability, but stay away from the body's touch damage and you'll be fine.
It is very expensive though. 2-5m for an Eye of Fire every time you want to kill it adds up very quickly.
