Blaze wizards are pretty flashy with their sun lasers and they blind you with those freaking giant flames that cover the whole screen.
Thunder breaker is all flash and they play nice too.

Jetts. Their rapid fire skill makes a disco ball appear behind them.
They have a 3rd job skill that has the same visual range as an ult but is fully spammable.
Their level 170 hyper makes an image of the Jett character appear on your screen.

I see the flashiest class...in the good sense of the word...as being angelic buster. Mainly because it balances flash with lore based realism regarding her char.
