Well I've sent multiple tickets and haven't got any response yet and almost been a week now

@eeekks Here's the exact procedure you need to follow to prove the character actually belongs to you:

First go log into Maplestory on the character that's been stolen and then in a place where there's no one else to get in the way take a screenshot of them saying "Hi Basilmarket, this is eeekks".
Make sure the chat bubble over their head shows clearly, along with the character name.
This proves the character is really yours.

Then upload the screenshot to a picture hosting site like imgur or tinypic and copy the URL they give you for the picture.
Send a ticket using the "Other" subject in the list of subjects on the ticket (don't use the "I can't add my player" subject, that's for something else).
Explain the situation, if you know who has your character on their Basilmarket account include their Basil name, and then paste in the URL of the screenshot as proof the character belongs to you.

The ticket goes directly to Mr. Basil so he can check it out and hopefully fix it for you.

Get a proof, send it to the basilmarket mods. There's a report option on your BasilID panel.
Also, report the exact account that has your charatcer.

Just report and attach a link proving it is yours in the report.
I had to do it before and they did it relatively quickly.

Yeah you take a screenshot of you on that character saying something like "Hi basil I am eeekks" and send it to da basil police.
