Teamviewer Scammer Alert Xmercedancex
IN SCANIA!
So, I got on my boyfriend's old maplestory account to defame someone who was rude to me, and this is what happened.

Be aware!
In case you don't know what team viewer is, it's a remote control app that connects you to another computer. Yes, they can see your screen. DO NOT fall for this scam. They will be able to see you enter your debit/credit card numbers into the screen, and can use your debit/credit card freely after that.

Well, if anyone fell for this scam and did enter their credit card number, he saw it.

I posted almost the exact same thing on the maplestory forum and I got this
"Please don't post content exposing player IGN and accuse the player of ToS violation.
On another noteon't buy mesos with real currency. This is against the game Terms of Service."

Well the good thing is if anyone fell for this scam, they have control of the mouse as well and can cancel team viewer. He can't do anything if he doesn't have your team viewer id and password
xmercedancex is a known nolife scumtrash though.

It works. It's a great program when used properly and not trying to scam people out of their credit card numbers. I've used it to fix my mothers computer.
He was trying to get me to download teamviewer in order to get my credit card information. He targeted someone who seemed inexperienced in order to take advantage. Teamviewer is a remote desktop that allows the person to see the other person's desktop and everything they're doing on it. Seems as if they are targeting people who don't seem like they'd know what teamviewer is/does.
I don't understand, he was trying to get your credit card?
