Disregarded by Nexon because I dont buy Nx?
I've sent about 5 tickets in total about my Pally being stuck at 6path crossway in some glitched quest, the first 3 I told them exactly what had happened and what needed to be addressed then they asked for 'more info' so I sent another and they closed it without actually fixing the problem, then sent another and they've left it open for 3 days.. has anyone else has a problem with them being blatantly ignorant?
Have a feeling they would've been straight on top of it if I bought a lot of NX.

Dont worry im currently at my ticket 5 or 6, because nexon think its funny to give away potential lock at marvel and then later on make them useless. Then not replace the code with something else.
Here's the solution:
Stop sending tickets.
It's not about how much NX you spend, they've said tons of times that sending the same ticket over and over clogs up their system and probably makes them want to ignore you.
Nope. I have tens of millions of nx that went through my account in the last 6 months. They still have not responded to my ticket about my items being deleted incorrectly.
