"The period to retrieve the Lv. 130 Gift box for Resistance Ignition event has been extended and players that had issues with the Lv. 130 Gift box will be given a replacement through the gift box icon on the left side of your game window. You have until end of day on 5/6/2015 (Pacific) to retrieve the gift."
They just gave those who got glitched out of their ring a couple extra weeks to claim it.

He can check his quests to see if he has any of them but it says no where they that extended it o.0.

On update notes it says April 7th soo...i don't think it was extended at all.
