Someone's in denial . But yea, to other girls out there, you appear to be someones bich. The whole tagging concept is what kids that don't know how to suck "insert whatever body part here". It shows inexperience. Think of head/ going down; anyone can do it but an inexperienced person just sucks at it. Leaving a hicky is like bad head; it shows that someone either doesn't know what they're doing or you're being "tagged" as the person whose dominants bich.
